Richard C. Watson III, Esq, LLM, MSFS, ChFC, CLU is the founding principal of Watson Law Group, APC.

Richard is passionate about helping people, including the injured, elders, beneficiaries of trusts and wills, and minority shareholders. Richard is a trial lawyer with experience representing victims of serious injuries, medical malpractice, elders who have been been financially or physically abused or neglected, and beneficiaries of wills or trusts.

He spends a significant amount of time with his clients and their family. He finds that by spending time getting to truly know his clients as human beings, he is better able to understand and translate their suffering and experience.

Richard is a graduate of the Trojan Horse Method, a specialized program for plaintiff’s attorneys committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for the injured. He also holds the NITA Master Advocate designation, sponsored by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

Richard does not represent insurance companies or engage in insurance defense work on behalf of defendants.

He lives in Orange County with his family and two cats (Middleton and Fergus), seven chickens (Daisy Lee, Rosie, Molly, Cup, Fiona, Annie, and Olga), and beloved German Shepherd (Sadie).

Mark Padilla, Esq, is a trial lawyer with experience representing victims of serious injuries, medical malpractice, elders who have been been financially or physically abused or neglected, and beneficiaries of wills or trusts.

In 2008, Mark was inspired to become an estate planning attorney by the early passing of his mother from pancreatic cancer at the age of 58. He worked during the day and attended law school at night to make his dream come true. Today, he prides himself on providing individualized attention, taking the time to understand his client’s needs and desires, which allows him to provide legal assistance that is both meaningful and effective.

Mark is also an adjunct professor at Pacific Coast University School of Law in Long Beach, CA.

He resides in Long Beach with his family.
